The room I booked turned out to be restful but located almost at the end of the resort, resulting in a long walk to the dining room and reception. However, we were upgraded into a twin room which was a little larger, making the stay more comfortable.

The staff members always greeted us with 'good morning' and were very friendly, polite, hardworking, and accommodating. They truly went the extra mile to ensure our stay on the island was special, adding a personal touch to the service.

The location was perfect for walking to the shops and being within walking distance of the Village of Lone Pine. Additionally, being in a beautiful garden environment added to the overall charm of the place.

The dining options were continental only, not the hot buffet. It would have been better to have a wider selection of fresh fruits instead of tinned ones, and more fresh fruits available each morning. However, the cafe offered a variety of hot and cold options.
